Now, at last, a reality-inducing answer is upon us, courtesy of a small red man, an old-fashioned target. and an ever-so trendy laser. Permit us to explain. [+]The target alarm clock is, in the style of a Ronseal commercial, an alarm clock with a target on it. But fear not, for it goes further. The idea is to activate the target to turn off one's alarm of a morning with the aid of a laser dongle-cum-pointing device. And this is where extreme psychology kicks in. for having located said dongle and activated it, the challenge is to take aim at the target and send a pulse of laser energy coursing all the way to the bullseye. Bingo. Score a direct hit and the alarm will cease. Miss and you will endure further aural torture.
