There are many impressive details: lots of doors and hinges, flying keys, broomsticks and capes plus the figures of Harry and Ron. The 12-year old-a Harry Potter trivia king-said that he was particularly impressed by how well LEGO had translated a scene from his much-loved books into a toy that even he-practically a teenager-could enjoy as much as his young co-tester. The Room of The Winged Keys makes a perfect stand-alone gift, and its low price means that it could be saved up for from pocket money. And it has to be said that Dad showed more than a little interest in the project, so don't rule out the idea of Harry Potter as a gift for much bigger boys.
