Review 100pc Coloured Wooden Blocks Set / Heros Wooden Toys 51251:Heros wooden baby toys are distinct. Once you see one you will recognize others. Heros believes that colour has particular significance in the development of children's senses. But Heros stress that they will only use colours on their toys that meet stringent industry safety standards. Heros history begins in the 14th Century in the Bavarian Forest with a sawmill called Riedermühle' (Rieder Mill). Over the next centuries the wood mill functioned as a wood mill should until the 1800s when a license was given to make matches. In the early 1900s, the production of phosphorous matches had to stop so Carl Rossberg, the owner at the time, had to look for new wooden products to make. The machinery was adapted to make wooden game pieces like dominoes and lotto game pieces.
